The Tech Lead is part of the early Design Sprint 2.0 workshops and reviews all wireframes, prototypes, designs, components and the Design System. From people using screen readers to someone who needs to search a location up on mobile on the go, each experience is tailored in our development process. We use a modular design approach. We start creating flexible design elements to build out pages, rather than creating stand-alone templates. Our developers create components in collaboration with our design team to make sure that each component is functioning as it should across all devices, and it is at the standard required for WCAG AA requirements.
