Resolution Digital continues to strengthen its leadership team in Australia with six internal senior promotions. These promotions will ensure Resolution Digital continues to deliver exceptional ROI and results for its clients by identifying, crafting, and optimising all touchpoints along the digital user journey.

Jacques Kaladchibachi – National Head of Activation
Jacques’ previous remit as Head of Activation Sydney will be divided into two new roles to align the programmatic, search and social services across all markets. As National Head of Activation, he will continue to meet the growing needs of agency partners and expanding teams.Kirsty Kapp – Head of Activation Sydney
Kirsty will take over Jacque’s previous position as Head of Activation Sydney. In her new role, Kirsty will be supporting the OMD business.Hayley Monteiro – Head of Activation Sydney

Mo has been a central part of Resolution Digital, growing his team from 30 to 58 employees, and launching several new products and services in Australia. As Chief Product Officer, Mo will be responsible for ensuring that Resolution Digital is providing best-in-class solutions across the full digital user journey, which continue to deliver remarkable results for clients.Matthew Keegan – National Managing Director
In his new role as National Managing Director, Matt will be a key driver for growing the business, building the Resolution Digital brand, and implementing the overarching business strategy.Benton Goodbrand – Melbourne Managing Director
Over the past two years, Benton has grown his team from 65 to 110 employees, and overseen the onboarding of new clients, including MECCA and Victoria University, whilst also amplifying Resolution Digital’s role within Omnicom Media Group.
